“Who we are: BACELINE Fitness is an online coaching, personal and group training business designed and tailored to each member’s needs. BACELINE is a veteran owned company, with programs designed and hand written by ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Shellby Matullo. She has been working in the fitness industry for 7+ years, and holds several certifications in health and Fitness Training. She is passionate about not only helping people, but also in how the body moves, functions and performs. She stood up BACELINE with the intention of helping YOU reach YOUR goals. BACELINE is not only a starting point, but it’s a mindset (if you‚Äôre thinking ‚Äúis this a typo?‚Äù NO, it’s not)!
We believe in what we stand for. Literally what we stand for – When you have Balance, Accountability, Consistency, and Effort, then there is nothing stopping you from reaching your goals, albeit hypertrophy (muscular growth), fat/weight loss, shredding, diet cleanup, etc. BACELINE is YOUR starting point to work toward whatever goals you have. What’s included: We offer different packages based around what you may need, *see services page for more info on each package*. Each program includes access to the BACELINE App which includes your personalized macro breakdown, a food logging diary page (similar to myfitpal), each days workout or plan, an accountability group with all the other members from your group, and a daily news feed with info/recipes/tips/check-ins pushed out by owner and founder Shellby Matullo. Inside the app you will also have a full resource library with how-to videos, opportunities to participate in a live-impromptu virtual group class, as well as a 1-on-1 chat feature directly with the woman behind this fitness home РShellby!
Last thing – the very unique REFERRAL PROGRAM! After you sign up and log into the app, you’ll receive your own personalized code to give your friends, family, and fellow “swolemates”, to use when they sign up and if/when they do, you’ll receive a payment directly from us to your Paypal/Stripe account. No gimmicks. Straight up money in your bank. That’s how much we believe in what we’re doing here, and how much we believe in you!
