You can set your daily water intake target and schedule custom reminders throughout the day. You can also track your intake over time by syncing with the Apple Health app.
But that’s not all.
To log your water intake, you don’t have to open your app each time. Instead, you can respond directly from a reminder notification by long pressing and tapping “Drank”.
And what’s more: if you’re on iOS 14, you can now add the Water Up! widget right on your home screen. With your current level and daily target starring at you every time you use your phone, there’s no way you’ll forget to drink water.
