The download of the USDA CORE app is completely free to anyone and no account is required. The app will be primarily distributed in the U.S. but anyone in the world is free to use it. This app was funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS). The mission of USDA FNS is to increase food security and reduce hunger by providing children and low-income people access to food, a healthful diet and nutrition education in a way that supports American agriculture and inspires public confidence.
