Designed for use on Apple Watch to utilise the heart rate readings during meditation or just start the timer on the iPhone and play the guided meditation or another sound. 

On Apple Watch set a timer and be alerted by hepatics when your meditation is complete or start an untimed meditation. Saves your meditation sessions in the Apple Health and Activity apps.

I created this meditation timer because I wanted to reach my meditation goal of 30 minutes to one hour each day, and record the session as an activity in Apple Health. The app records a Mind and Body workout and updates Mindfulness Minutes* if available. *Apple Watch users.

Meditation and prayer are our principal means of conscious contact with a Power greater than ourselves. There are many good books available on the subject, though it is a personal journey with no end.

Sit in a comfortable chair, arms by your side or crossed legged on the floor, eyes closed & focus on your breath. Aim for half an hour to one hour a day of meditation.
