Depending on the affected system and the incident, suitable employees are automatically identified and proposed to the planner. This can schedule and reschedule the tasks with a graphical tool (Gantt Chart).

When planning is completed, the task is automatically added to the worklist of the respective service technician. The assigned tasks are automatically transferred to the mobile terminal of the service technician and displayed in the SCS App. In addition, the service technician receives all the information associated with the task that is required to carry out the activity. These include: customer information, local contacts, location of the machine, the machine file, manuals and a history of previous work.

In the SCS App, the employee documents travel and working hours, used material and other information required for processing. Once the order has been countersigned by the customer, it is automatically transferred back to the SCS Cloud system as well as the commercial further processing in the customer’s ERP system coupled with SCS.
