The facility has several extractors, reactors, spray driers, filters and other manufacturing equipment. The Quality instrumentation department consists of analytical equipment like HPLC, GC, HPTLC, AAS, GCMS, UV, IR spectrometer and many more. Our well-equipped labs also include facilities to analyze, moisture, LOD, melting point and so on. We take immense pride in successfully maintaining quality throughout the manufacturing process and our certifications ISO, HACCP, WHO GMP and HALAL are living examples of the plant along with NABL accreditation.

Our manufacturing units cater to wide spectrum of health & personal care industry, mainly functional foods, beverages, cosmetics, veterinary products, sports nutrition, flavors & fragrance industry.
We at Natura Biotechnol follow strict cGMP guidelines. We ensure that active molecules of the herbs remain intact and do not breakdown during extraction. We focus on purity of extracts. All our plants operate 24×7, throughout the year. We ensure optimum levels of productivity with readily available raw material sources and conveniently located production units. With total manufacturing capacity of 8 metric tons per day, we have dedicated manufacturing units to extract major products like Aswagandha, Shatavari, Safed Musli, Amla and other herbal products. Key ingredients like Turmeric extract, Garcinia and many others can be manufactured at any of the available facility as on required, based on the quantity.
Other than conventional solvent extracted products, Water extracts and Solvent Free – Supercritical Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Extracts are part our product portfolio. Water extracts are pure extracts, where the process of extraction is done through water media without any solvents involved and process of CO2 Extraction yields better quality products due to low thermal impact and absence of solvents.
