What is Integrative Whole Health?

Health is more than not getting sick. We want a balanced and enjoyable life. Being able to do what we need and want to do throughout our lives. We don’t just look at the physical body. We focus on all the areas of health that we have some control over.

In this tool, you will explore each of the 7 Core Areas of Health. Score how satisfied you are in each area: Movement, Nutrition, Sleep, Spirituality, Resilience, Relationships, and Environment. Explore what is most important to you and why you want to be healthier. Create a SMART goal and action steps to reach your goal in 1–3 months. Keep track of your progress, get reminders and encouragements, and use the optional Journal feature.

Our tool was developed with experts in the field of motivational interviewing, integrative health coaching, public health, integrative medicine, and instructional design. Our content was developed with experts in the 7 core areas of health from an integrative philosophy.
