What is KnowRoute?
KnowRoute is a new on-demand public transportation system for Fukuoka. To get started, just set your pickup and dropoff within the KnowRoute service area, and book a trip. The bus will then come to pick you up at a nearby bus stop, and take you to a bus stope close to your destination. Give this new mobility experience a try, and make your daily life better. Currently, KnowRoute is available as a proof of concept in the Island City area, Higashi word, Fukuoka City. For more details, please download the app.
How does it work?

② The app will direct you to a nearby stop to meet your driver
③ Get picked up at your pickup location
④ Enjoy a cash-free experience by paying with credit card (nimoca, IC card, and cash are also available)
⑤ Share your ride, with minimal detours, and arrive quickly at your destination
