b. My Benefit Plan – contains member’s current/previous healthcare plans including the limit coverage and the limit amount.
c. My Benefit Availments – contains list of medical availments (the services or procedures availed) and corresponding amount or charge.
d. Reimbursement Claim – allows the member to file a reimbursement claim.
