“I’m OK” makes it easy for you to do quick assessments of your workers’ everyday mental and physical health and their home workplace needs by reminding them give you daily feedback.
This is how “I’m OK” works:
* The account Administrator registers for an online account with “I’m OK” on the Harvest Your Data website.
* An “I’m OK” questionnaire is automatically provided in the “I’m OK” web account.
* The Administrator sends the Workers a link for them to download the “I’m OK” app and instructions on how to register their device.
* As soon as the Worker’s device registers with the “I’m OK” website account, the device downloads the questionnaire.
* From then on the Worker receives an alert on their device every day, asking them to complete the survey.
* If the Worker answer’s a question in a way that concerns you the system will email you so you know immediately.
* Note: You can change the questionnaire in any way you want. You don’t need to use just the questions provided and it doesn’t have to be a daily survey.
