We are Ice Cream Passion, a niche ice cream/dessert parlour originally from Grange Town, Cardiff since 2008, but we have now relocated to 14 West Bute Street, in Cardiff Bay. At ICP we believe every meal is incomplete without its last course, so forget the ice cream vans, corner shops or supermarkets. We strive in putting the passion back into desserts. We absolutely love everything sweet, but not only do we love out sweet treats, we love delivering them to you.
