Food Rainbows – Craig Dietrich

Eat all six fruit and vegetable colors (#EatTheRainbow) each day and keep track of your rainbows with the easy-to-use and beautiful Food Rainbows app. Begin each day by recording your “early morning snack” or “breakfast,” and continue through “lunch” and “midnight snack.” For each meal you are prompted to select the colors you see on your plate (red, orange, yellow, green, purple, and brown). Each meal is saved and used to create your daily rainbow.

Today, Stats, and Calendar tabs provide your tallies as you continue to record your daily meals. Try to complete a rainbow each day!
