“Door Check” is one of a suite of applications designed for use by building maintenance professionals to assist with their regulatory and compliance tasks. “Door Check” allows users to create an asset register of a building’s fire doors, each identified by a unique QR code. The door asset register stores details on location, certification, components, maintenance requirements and current status. The app comes complete with a comprehensive check-list for inspectors to follow and record the condition of critical components of each door. Notes and images can be added using the device to support findings. The app also allow users to raise requests for remedial work quotations that are automatically emailed to a saved contractor list, following a building inspection. Used in conjunction with Drax360s SafeVue portal, comprehensive reports of all doors within a building can be generated.
