Eine Schulklasse oder Lerngruppe kann in einem geschlossenen Bereich Inhalte austauschen und weitere Werkzeuge für unterschiedliche Ziele verwenden. Dozenten können diese Gruppen verwalten, benötigte Funktionen konfigurieren und vieles mehr.

Newsfeed
Erstellen Sie globale oder gruppen-/nutzerspezifische Ankündigungen. Jede Rolle sieht die für die relevanten Meldungen und kann auf sie reagieren. Nutzen Sie den Newsfeed auch für Abstimmungen.

Termine
Ob Klassenstunde, Nachhilfeunterricht oder Nachmittagsprogramm – Termine bieten eine Basis für (digitale) Treffen und den termin-spezifischen Informationsaustausch: Protokolle und Dateien können verknüpft werden. Externe Teilnehmer können unkompliziert und sicher eingeladen werden. Schnittstellen zum Kalender von Outlook sind bereits integriert, weitere bauen wir gerne an (Webcal-Support).

Videokonferenz
Mit BigBlueButton können Sie aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Plattform – einem Termin, einer Gruppe, dem Feed oder dem Chat – eine Videokonferenz starten. Zum Beispiel für den Unterricht, für organisationsweite digitale Ankündigungen, für selbstorganisierte Lerngruppen.

Als OpenSource-Anwendung kann BigBlueButton jederzeit um zusätzliche Funkionen wie die automatische Stummschaltung aller Teilnehmer bei einer Ankündigung ergänzt werden. Je nach Konferenztyp sehen Sie die Werkzeuge, die Sie benötigen.

(Papierlose) Aufgaben
(Haus-)Aufgaben können komplett papierlos erstellt und bearbeitet werden. Lehrende erstellen dafür digitale Arbeitsblätter, konfigurieren optional die richtigen Antworten, definieren Fristen und weisen die Aufgaben ganzen Gruppen oder einzelnen Nutzern zu.

Lernende bearbeiten die Aufgaben direkt in der Plattform. Die Inhalte können automatisch kontrolliert und dem Lernenden die Ergebnisse direkt angezeigt werden. Lehrende sehen den Bearbeitungsstand, können Hilfestellung geben und Bewertungen hinterlassen.
Ergebnisse und Noten werden mit der Verwaltungsakte der Lernenden verknüpft.

Push-Benachrichtigungen
Es gibt es eine Änderung des Vertretungsplans? Unsere intelligente Software erkennt automatisch, an welche Nutzer die Nachricht versendet werden muss und informiert sie direkt per Push-Benachrichtigung. Darüber hinaus können Sie für jede Nachricht auch eigene Verteiler einstellen und so zum Beispiel die ganze Schule mit nur einem Klick informieren.

Also, Actie will make all skipped tasks up and get you back on track with some smartly balanced rescheduling to make you reach your deadlines and helps you to stick to your goals.

Besides, you can track and analyze your performance with an individual time tracker for each activity to be aware of your progress and if you forgot to record your activities with the time tracker, you can add it manually in the Sessions part and your progress will be updated immediately.
