1 in 4 of us will struggle with mental wellbeing at some point in our lives. For the past 140 years our approach to mental health and wellbeing has remained unchanged – we have relied on reactively dealing with problems only when they are already out of hand. To get help, we are forced to engage in lengthy and often stigmatised processes with various specialists. These can take months only to just get started. We need a better way moving forward.
Awareful combines cutting edge research across mental health, artificial intelligence and data processing, to present a better way of dealing with mental health. The Awareful vision is to enable every person with a smartphone to gain a better understanding of their mental wellbeing, recognise early signs of issues, and have access to solutions privately through their phone, wherever they are, whenever they need it.
Take your next step towards a healthier mind, a better and more caring life, while helping society advance the cutting edge of mental health understanding. Become awareful.
