MyFairConnect è l’applicazione che, insieme al dispositivo fornito al Cliente, consente di accedere in modo facile e veloce ai servizi di emergenza e di assistenza disponibili 24/7.

Sarà sufficiente premere il tasto di emergenza direttamente dall’App o sul dispositivo e la centrale operativa farà il resto inviando carro attrezzi, ambulanza o forze dell’ordine, a seconda della necessità.

In caso di incidente grave, sarà inviata in automatico una segnalazione alla Centrale Operativa che provvederà a contattare il numero di telefono connesso o il numero dichiarato in contratto e, se necessario, ad attivare il Soccorso Stradale.

Consente di avere assistenza in base al caso e di analizzare l’uso del veicolo.

L’app raccoglie i tuoi dati di guida tramite lo Smartphone, collegato via Bluetooth al dispositivo telematico autoinstallante a bordo della tua auto.

Avrai accesso alle mappe dei viaggi effettuati e riceverai feedback su come stai guidando.

L’attivazione è facile: applica il dispositivo sul parabrezza, installa l’app sul tuo smartphone, aprila e segui le indicazioni che ti vengono fornite.

Lo smartphone si connette al dispositivo tramite Bluetooth (BLE): quando guidi, tienilo sempre attivo, così come la localizzazione e il traffico dati, indispensabili per poter registrare tutti i tuoi viaggi.

Il consumo della batteria dello smartphone è basso e il traffico dati è limitato a pochi megabyte (equivale a scaricare una canzone al mese).

In caso di più conducenti è possibile collegare tutti gli smartphone al dispositivo, ma ognuno visualizzerà solo i propri viaggi.

Ricorda! Controlla che l’app non sia soggetta ad alcuna restrizione riguardante il risparmio energetico o l’ottimizzazione della batteria, questo potrebbe comprometterne il funzionamento.
