The ‘BIMTECH Alumni’ is an alumni app created by Almashines exclusively for the alumni members of BIMTECH. With this app the alumni can find their fellow alumni, share their moments, participate in institute and alumni events and keep themselves posted with the activities of the institute and alumni network.

Adocami permet à des thérapeutes d’héberger des ateliers d’ETP et d’y inscrire des cohortes de leurs patients. Les ateliers en ligne apportent au patient :
• Des compléments de formation car il n’y a alors pas de restriction de temps, les messages peuvent être consultés à l’envi.
• une continuité de suivi une fois les patients rentrés chez eux.
• de l’auto-évaluation du patient, grâce à l’interprétation de données d’objets connectés et/ou d’exercices interactifs.
Aux thérapeutes, ils apportent :
• une facilité de création des contenus, grâce à des outils d’édition (de supports de formation, de vidéos interactives, d’exercices)
• la possibilité de personnaliser un parcours déjà existant et distribué dans la bibliothèque de Adocami
• Le suivi statistique de leurs patients, à partir des données fournies par les objets connects et/ou par les données rentrées manuellement par les patients.
Les ateliers sont décomposés en “grains pédagogiques”, ordonnés entre eux, qui contiennent chacun des ressource pédagogiques (vidéos interactives, powerpoints, exercices…). La consultation de ces ressources est enregistrée afin de remonter aux thérapeutes des données d’utilisations.
Chacun de ces grains peut être associé à des rdv. Leur accès est donc conditionné au fait que le patient ait réellement effectué ces Rdv en présentiel.
UN CAS CONCRET
Mr Dupont souffre de douleurs à l’épaule et au poignet, il consulte un MPR à Bagnoles de l’Orne. Le médecin l’inscrit à l’atelier et lui fournit un flyer contenant un Flash Code à scanner avec son smartphone. Lors du scan, le patient renseigne un mail et un mot de passe, un compte est alors automatiquement créé sur Adocami avec une inscription à l’atelier TMSMS.
Mr Dupont revient passer un EMG, puis pour se voir poser une orthèse de poignet, à chacun de ces Rdv, un Flyer lui est donné, qui déverouille une partie supplémentaire de son atelier. De nouvelles ressources pédagogiques lui sont fournies, qui lui expliquent entre autre :
• Les bonnes pratiques avec l’orthèse
• Quel est le but de passer un EMG
• Pourquoi il est important de venir lors de la première session présentielle de l’atelier
Mr Dupont revient à la première session de l’atelier, puis à la seconde. De la même manière, à chaque fois, un flyer lui est remis et il accède à :
• Toutes les vidéos des kinés qui décomposent les exercices à pratiquer quotidiennement
• Les conseils des ergothérapeutes et de l’ergonome pour les adaptations à la maison et au travail
• Les conseils de l’assistante sociale
• Les témoignages de différents patients experts, de profils très variés, qui racontent leur vécu
À présent, le patient appartient à un groupe (les patients qu’il a rencontré en ETP). Il peut garder contact avec ceux avec lesquels il souhaite converser pour se tenir au courant de l’évolution.
Il peut renseigner son tableau de bord afin de suivre son seuil de douleur, son évaluation personnelle de l’évolution de sa maladie… Il peut ajouter à son tableau de bord des données de sa montre connectée si le médecin estime avec lui qu’il est intéressant d’intégrer ce type de données dans son parcours de soins. En retour, son tableau de bords l’oriente vers tel ou tel exercice ou ressource pédagogique afin de répondre à l’évolution de sa situation.

L’INGENIERIE PEDAGOGIQUE
La création d’un nouveau parcours dans la plateforme se fait après un travail important d’ingénierie pédagogique avec STUDIT, ou un autre prestataire. C’est STUDIT qui intègre les données qui résultent de cette analyse dans la plateforme. Une liberté de création est laissée aux responsables de parcours d’ETP, en effet, ils peuvent :
– modifier des ressources, leurs disposition dans les grains et/ou leur contenu
– modifier des grains pédagogiques (et des rdvs) leur agencement dans un atelier
– modifier des ateliers

L’HÉBERGEMENT
Il est sous-traité à un hébergeur agréé HDS par le ministère de la santé.
