The Profi Service App from BRÖTJE is a new digital tool that supports installers in his work, during service and maintenance visits even more easily, efficiently and purposefully.
The BRÖTJE Profi Service App consists of two parts, the PSSB and the Profi Service App. The PSSB and the Profi Service App can be used for all upcoming work on a heat generator, such as installation, maintenance and malfunctions.
The BRÖTJE Profi Service App can also be used without the PSSB and serves as a digital reference work for the Brötje boiler and heat pumps. This means that instructions and explanations of fault messages are always at hand: simply on your tablet or smartphone.
This information can be downloaded in the Profi Service app whenever the tablet or smartphone is connected to the Internet.
The PSSB is connected to the heat generator and then provides a fast local Bluetooth connection to your tablet or smartphone: you’re ready to go.
By being a local connection and not an external server, there are no security holes and the customer’s network does not need to be used.
The PSSB is available at the wholesaler.
BRÖTJE Profi Service App
As soon as the Profi Service app has been started, the app automatically recognizes which heat generator type it is connected to. You get direct insight into the device – with all relevant information.
Depending on the heat generator, the Profi Service App offers the following functions in just a few swipe movements:
• Status of the heat generator
• Current values of the heat generator
• Read out and reset blockings
• Read out and reset lockings
• Read out and set device parameters
• Read out and reset counters
• Fault messages (fault tree analysis)
• Read out of service message
The PSSB can be used with the following BRÖTJE appliance types:
• All heat generators with the IWR control platform.
