THE ECONOMIC THEORY:
The idea for this app arose during an internship at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston decades ago while the founder was studying economics at Yale.
While there, he noticed a red phone that had to be staffed 24/7 by an economist just in case the bank president called. Why was this?
He became fascinated by the hidden ways that currency affected human evolution, how currency allowed humans to move from BARTERING to TRANSACTING, and the quantum effect “transacting” had on technology, culture, and economic activity.
Paper currency is primarily used in the tangible economy, e.g., food, appliances, clothing.
It is our belief the intangible economy is larger than the tangible economy. The intangible economy represents things like favors, influence, ideas, assistance, etc.

We as human beings still barter intangible goods because there is no socially acceptable currency to facilitate social transactions.

How often has a favor changed our lives? How often has a favor saved us money?
This app allows you to ask for favors from members around the world.
If they are a member you can ask them for that favor even if you do not know them.
You pay for these favors with a social currency called “SoCR”. “SoCR” social currency is free. Every person on planet Earth receives 100,000 coins for free.
The favor-giver says thank you and uses that Social Currency you just gave them for a favor from someone else.
And on and on and on.
That’s it.
