Smart Arrow Project Manager – Nelson Rios

The Smart Arrow Project Manager tracks the progress of your projects and tasks based on the planned and actual dates, efforts and costs provided at both project and task levels.

The project and task progress indicators are automatically calculated, based on the planning and tracking information entered providing a clear picture about:

> The effective project and task level progress
> Whether each project and task is running ahead or behind schedule
> The risk of not completing each project and task on schedule

The proposed project planning and tracking workflow includes the following steps:

1. Create and plan projects using “Project Details” screen
2. Create and plan tasks using “Task Details” screen
3. Provide task execution data using “Task Details” screen
4. Track task execution time using the following screens:
4.1 “Task Timer” screen – Tracks and allocates task execution times
4.2 “Task Time Split” screen – Splits task time records when you want to transfer a portion of the time to another task.
4.3 “Task Time Transfer” screen – Transfers task times records from one task to another.
4.4 “Time Tracking Report” screen – Provides consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly times spent at both project and task levels.
5. Track task progress using “Task Details” screen
6. View task progress bars using “Project Tasks” screen (in landscape orientation)
7. Track project progress using “Project Details” screen
8. Track project deviations using “Project Details” screen (in landscape orientation)
9. View project progress bars using “Projects” screen (in landscape orientation)
10. Create and update project and task level to dos using the “To Dos Details” screen

The following Support & Settings screens are available:

1. The “Daily Alerts Settings” screen allows you to set daily alerts.
2. The “Progress Bar Settings” screen allows you to set progress gap thresholds.
3. The “Screen & iCloud Settings” screen allows you to:
3.1 Indicate whether the “This Week’s Tasks” screen should include late and/or unplanned tasks.
3.2 Indicate whether the “This Week’s To Dos” screen should include late and/or unplanned to dos.
3.3 Indicate whether the “Task Timer” screen should allocate active or total task times to the corresponding tasks.
3.4 Indicate whether the “Task Timer” screen should record task times with or without rounding.
3.5 Enable “iCloud Feature” to ensure all local database records are saved and kept in synch with the iCloud database.
3.6 Enable “iCloud Alerts” to get notifications about eventual iCloud processing errors.
4. The “Export Projects” screen allows you to export all project, task, task time, and to do information.
5. The “User Guide” screen provides comprehensive details about the main screens and concepts.
6. The “Contact Us” screen allows you to report issues & concerns, ask questions, and provide suggestions to the support team.
6. The “Premium Product Upgrade” screen allows you to purchase the full version which does not impose any limits.

The Smart Arrow Project Manager provides full support for iCloud connectivity ensuring all local database record changes are constantly promoted to iCloud, and all iCloud database record changes are constantly fetched and applied to the local database. This mechanism ensures that your iPhone and iPad devices are kept in synch.

The free version allows users to create up to:
a) 10 projects
b) 10 tasks per project
c) 20 project level to dos per project
d) 20 task level to dos per task
e) 200 task time records per task

The Premium Version available thru In-App Purchase does not impose any limit.
