Work your own hours, without any sort of long term commitment or contract, the app lets you pick and choose your requests whenever you want them and only the ones you want. It’s entirely up to you how many requests you want to accept.
The app notifies you of new requests as soon as they come in. Hurry and accept them as they can be taken by other providers in no time.
FEATURES:
1. REGISTER: Registration is simple and straightforward. Quicktoo will run a background check to make sure we comply with local, state and federal regulations and for insurance purposes.
2. NEW REQUESTS: Accept new requests after seeing the details of each one, scheduled date, time window for picking up the client’s car and the services needed.
3. You can CHAT or CALL the client after accepting the request if there is any need.
4. Start the request by pressing “Leaving Now” so we can notify the client you’re on your way. From this moment on the client can see you on the map in his or her app.
5. Pickup the car and tap “Driving to service location” to start the services. From this moment onwards, you will be reimbursed for your time.
6. NAVIGATE: Use the navigate button inside the app to drive the car to the gas station, car wash, inspection station or any preferred service location the client has chosen depending on the services that need to be provided. Remember that you also get a commission of all the services done on the car at preferred service locations.
7. When you arrive at a preferred service location, communicate the ORDER ID displayed in the app to the staff there.
8. EXTRA CHARGES: If there is a need, as communicated by the staff at service locations, you can request approval for extra charges for services needed to be done on the car. ONLY AFTER these are approved by the client inside the app should you give the approval to the staff at the servicing location.
9. If you take the car to a car wash or a refueling station, you will have to use the Quicktoo DEBIT CARD that was issued to you to pay for such services. Services at preferred service locations are invoiced directly to Quicktoo so you won’t have to use the debit card there.
10. Once a service is finished, input the price paid / invoiced and take a picture of the receipt. These are very useful for the client and Quicktoo is committed to full transparency regarding these costs and proof of them. If the car wash locations doesn’t give receipts, take a picture of the service menu.
11. End the request by driving the car back to the client’s location.
12. RATINGS, REVIEWS & TIPS: If you provided great service, the client will rate and review you which will make you more likely to receive requests in the future. The clients can also tip you directly in the app too.
13. PAYMENTS: Quicktoo pays you once a week, on Wednesday for the prior week (Mon-Sun). You will receive your funds directly into your bank account which you provided when signing up.
14. BALANCE tab: in the menu will always show you details about your income for each request for each day, week and month.
15. REQUESTS tab: in the menu shows you past, active and upcoming requests and the details for each of them.
FULLY INSURED: we fully insure the cars you pickup so everyone is covered in case unlikely events take place.
CHAT & CALL: The app enables you to chat and call the client before he even starts the request and during it.
GPS TRACKING: The client can track your location in real time only since you’re driving towards him to pickup the car and until you drop the car off (unless you pause the request).
