The polyester capacitor is made of two pieces of metal foil as electrodes, sandwiched in a very thin insulating medium, rolled into a cylindrical or flat cylindrical core, and the medium is polyester. The polyester film capacitor has a high dielectric constant, a small volume, a large capacity, and good stability, and is suitable as a bypass capacitor.
