Mutex LLC. (“Mutex”) is a new platform which gives everyday people the opportunity to
earn a money for introducing realtors or home sellers to potential home buyers in their
network (hereinafter referred to as the “Finder”). If an introduction ultimately leads to the
qualifying purchase of a home, the Finder would receive a finder’s fee. Realtors/sellers
pay a fee to Mutex to list their available properties.
