Jobsite IFT is a one stop shop for Field Technicians. This application enables technicians to view and manage their work orders on the fly.
With the Jobsite IFT application you can:
View all work orders that are assigned to you and see what else is going on in your stores
Accept, Cancel, or Reassign work orders to other technicians or the next ranked provider
Log time against a work order and update its status, description, Scheduled Date, Priority, Category, etc.
Select/record assets and parts used on a work order
Attach notes and photos to the WO
In order to login to Jobsite IFT you must first be invited by a manager with access to ServiceChannel and Workforce.
