An application with which you can quickly increase the number of pull-ups on the bar, which, in turn, contributes to the development of strength and endurance, allows you to build muscle and strengthen joints.
When the application starts, three timer states are offered: preparation, work, rest. The duration of each timer state can be configured in the settings window. You perform one of the stages of the exercises during the week. After that you can proceed to the next. In the settings you can select the appropriate stage of the exercise. Each exercise is accompanied by a voice of the speaker, the interval of which can be adjusted.
To achieve maximum results, it is recommended to train 3 times a week, eat right, be sure to sleep 8 hours, and you will certainly achieve the goal.
