The majority of gym members is not going to the gym. Hit The Gym’s mission is to change that. The app is designed to support you going to the gym on a regular basis.

Enter your gym’s location and set the recurring days you want to visit it. Decide when to be reminded. Once you have arrived, you just need to open the app to check in, and it immediately detects that you have made it. With arriving at the gym for first time, your streak is starting. Your motivation is to maintain the streak and to extend it as far as possible. There are stats that show you how you have performed in the past weeks, months and in the entire year by showing you the number of your arrivals – and if you have a positive or negative trend.
