《华声报》创办于二OO五年七月廿三日，是一份热爱祖籍国——中华人民共和国的爱国报纸。宗旨是：弘扬中华文化、报导和传递新中国现代化建设成就与信息。面向当地广大侨胞和华人，拥护支持祖籍国和平统一方针政策，反对形形色色的分裂祖国言行；政治立场坚定，旗帜鲜明。
本报为日报，每天出版八个（A3）版面，图文并茂。第一版（头版）主要登载中国的重大方针政策和重要政治活动及“反独促统”信息；第二版则报导国际要闻；第三、第六、第七版为副刊，转载中国和世界各地风俗人情、旅游风光、文体快讯及卫生保健等文章；第四、第五版为英法文版，向当地青少年及外族人仕及时正面刊登和传递中华文化和中国信息；第八版报导当地要闻，包括毛中友好交往、华人社团、中国驻毛大使馆及中国文化中心举办的各项活动消息，刊登商业和社会动态、广告，受到广大侨胞和华人欢迎。
