Description

This application is for commuters of Kolkata metropolitan area. By this application, commuters can view all incoming or outgoing buses for a particular stop or current location.

Commuter can also view all the buses operating on a particular route in real time on the map along with expected time of arrival (ETA).

Through this application commuter can know the following things:

ETA:
In order to know the ETA of all stoppages for a particular bus, you need to select a bus on map. Info panel appears at the bottom of the screen with three buttons ROUTE BUSES, ETA and SHARE. Pressing on ETA button will show you ETA of the selected bus in a line. Or Long-press on the bus icon on the map will directly show you ETA of the bus in a line. To get the ETA in the route map tap on the Map icon on the ETA screen.

In order to know the ETA of all incoming buses to a particular stoppage you need to select a stoppage from stoppage search menu. Then press bus info button. App will show you bus information with ETA in tabular display.

Trip Plans:
One can search bus or combination of buses to go from one place to another place. Along with this one comes to know how long this journey takes, what would be the distance and fare between these two places.

Share tracking:
Once you select a bus on the map, information panel appears at the bottom of the screen with three buttons ROUTE BUSES, ETA and SHARE. Pressing on SHARE button let you share tracking link of the selected bus via SMS or Email or WhatsApp.

Crowdedness:
The color of the bus icon will indicate the crowdedness of the bus as per following color codes:
RED: Crowded – All seats occupied and also standing is difficult.
YELLOW: Semi-crowded – All seats are occupied.
GREEN: Empty seats available.
