My Body Creator is intelligent, self-adaptive software designed to provide its users the necessary information, guidance and advice to achieve their desired body structure. It takes into account anthropometric data as well as individual metabolic and physical capacity and provides accurate and relevant information to the user. It advices when to eat and what type of food should be present in each of the users’ scheduled daily meals. For that purpose the software has a database of foods, food supplements and liquids strictly selected to best serve the desired objectives. The user has also the option to add and follow customized training programs.
My Body Creator uses a sophisticated algorithm able to monitor and self-adjust in order to achieve the set up goals. Regular automatic updates and notifications are triggered as a consequence of the received users’ feedback. The software creates a dynamic overview of the progress, presented into graphs, tables and charts, so users are able to easily to track their results. My Body Creator contributes to improve eating habits and workout behavior and leads its users to sustainable long-term results.
