Description

Die BERGMANN Streutabellen App ermöglicht es, anhand der vorgegebenen Applikationsmenge (t/ha) sowie den Maschinenparametern entweder die passende Geschwindigkeit des Transportbodens oder die Fahrgeschwindigkeit des BERGMANN-Streuers zu ermitteln.

In einer Modellauswahl sind alle gängigen Stalldung- und Universalstreuer von BERGMANN hinterlegt.

Mittels einer Produktdatenbank können typische organische Streumaterialien (Mist, Kalk, Kompost, Klärschlamm, etc.) ausgewählt werden. Grundlegende Materialeigenschaften (Dichte, Stauschieberhöhe) werden dann automatisch geladen und angewendet. Nach Auswahl der Applikationsmenge und des Produktes wird angezeigt, wieviel kg Stickstoff (N), Phosphat (P) und Kalium (K) pro ha ausgebracht werden. Hier bietet die App eine einfache Möglichkeit, die in der Düngeverordnung (DüVO) geregelten Höchstmengen im Überblick zu behalten. Ebenfalls ist es möglich bestehende Materialien und deren Eigenschaften (N, P, K, Dichte und Stauschieberhöhe) zu ändern bzw. neue Materialien anzulegen.

Ein weiteres Highlight der App ist ein Tool zur Einstellung der passenden Transportbodengeschwindigkeit für Streuer ohne eine automatische Regelung. Mittels einer Start-/Stop-Taste kann die aktuelle Geschwindigkeit des Transportbodens gemessen werden. In einer Simulation bewegt sich die Transportbodenwelle mit der Geschwindigkeit, die vorher in der App ermittelt wurde. Durch Veränderung der Ölmenge (Liter pro Minute) kann dann die passende Geschwindigkeit des Transportbodens eingestellt werden. Umgekehrt kann aber auch die gemessene Geschwindigkeit des Transportbodens in die Einstellwerte übertragen werden und die App berechnet die zur gewählten Ausbringmenge passende Fahrgeschwindigkeit.
