• Balance Billing Insight
The ‘Balance Billing’ tool provides support at your fingertips, allowing a transparent view into any Members billing disputes, should they arise. “The ability to easily upload any Balance Bills and communication received from a Medical Provider for quick communication to our Member Advocacy team.
• Find a Provider
Locate “Friendly” Providers in your requested location. You can also search by Provider Name, type, specialty, and gender. Providers are scored based on AMPS previous billing experience and member satisfaction.
• Care Navigation Assistance
Members can utilize the ‘Procedure Shopper’ to help facilitate access to our Care Navigation team. Care Navigators work with Providers that are directly contracted to offer transparent, bundled pricing on planned elective medical procedures — such as a knee or hip replacement, shoulder arthroscopy, high cost imaging (MRI, CT, PET scans) and colonoscopies.
Sus principales funciones son:
a) Menú público. La App puede funcionar, sin necesidad de logarse, para (según configuración):
– Consultar noticias y algunas páginas informativas de la web.
– Registrarse y hacerse socio (alta en cualquier cuota)
– Consultar la oferta deportivo de cursos, actividades,…
– Consultar la ocupación de instalaciones y aforo (necesario control de accesos)
– Consultar la oferta de sesiones de grupo libre
– Comprar (de forma anónima) bonos de acceso, de sesiones, de alquiles de pistas, de servicios.
– Consultar la oferta y ocupación (agenda) de servicios de masaje, entrenador personal.
– Consultar los eventos, carreras populares, cross,… y sus resultados, gestionados por la entidad.
– Registrar sugerencias
b) Usuarios logados. Una vez descargada la App en el smartphone o tablet, es posible logarse (con el mismo usuario y contraseña que en la Web) y dejar así la App personalizada de forma indefinida (no son necesarios posteriores logeos). Esto abre un segundo menú con las siguientes funciones (según configuración):
b.1) Consultas:
– Datos Personales (con posibilidad de edición)
– Mis comunicados (con posibilidad de editar tipos de comunicados aceptados y el idioma)
– Pagos y Recibos pendientes (con posibilidad de pago con tarjeta de crédito, tarjeta prepago, bono)
– Tarjetas prepago: su estado, consumos y con posibilidad de recarga.
– Cursos y actividades en los que está inscrito (con posibilidad de consulta de situación de pagos y posibilidad de darse de baja).
– Cuotas de abonado o socio (con posibilidad de consulta de situación de pagos)
– Listas de espera y posición (con posibilidad de darse de baja)
– Sesiones de grupo libre reservadas (con posibilidad de darse de baja)
– Bonos adquiridos, con consulta de su estado y detalle de usos
– Reservas:
o Pista alquiladas
o Servicios (masajes, entrenador personal,..) reservados
o Green Fee
– Eventos, carreras populares, cross, en los que está inscrito
– Sorteos de pistas en los que ha participado
– Sorteos de cursos y actividades en los que ha participado
– Documentos que tiene registrados
b.2) Acciones:

o Alta en Cuota de socio/abonado.
o Renovación (facturación siguiente periodo)

– Pago con tarjeta de crédito (se necesita TPV virtual de su entidad financiera)
– Domiciliación bancaria

– Pago con bono (reservas, servicios, sesiones grupo libre)
– Recibo C57 (pago entidades de crédito colaboradoras)
