Einmalige Aktivierung:
Um den Loginvorgang bei e-Banking oder Mobile Banking mit der BLKB Login App durchzuführen ist eine einmalige Aktivierung Ihres E-Banking Vertrags in der App notwendig.
Kunden, welche bisher das mTAN oder Matrixkarten Verfahren verwendet haben, werden durch BLKB zu gegebener Zeit im E-Banking aufgefordert, die Vertragsaktivierung vorzunehmen. Kunden, welche einen neuen E-Banking Vertrag abgeschlossen haben, konsultieren bitte ihre E-Banking Unterlagen für die Einrichtung ihres Vertrags.
Login Bestätigung:
Nach Aktivierung des E-Banking Vertrags in der Login App melden Sie sich im E-Banking mit E-Banking Vertragsnummer und Passwort an. Dann erscheint auf ihrem Smartphone die Aufforderung, Ihren Loginvorgang zu bestätigen. Es folgt eine biometrische Prüfung oder die Eingabe ihrer persönlichen PIN. Dies bietet beim Loginvorgang für zusätzlichen Schutz.
Zahlung signieren:
Für die Signierung einer Zahlung prüfen sie wie bisher im E-Banking die Zahlung unter pendente Zahlungen auf und starten die Funktion Zahlung bestätigen. Auf Ihrem Smartphone erscheint die Aufforderung Ihre Zahlungsdaten zu prüfen und die Zahlung zu bestätigen.
PIN vergessen:
Falls Sie Ihre PIN nicht mehr wissen und den E-Banking Vertrag gesperrt haben, müssen Sie den E-Banking Vertrag in der Login App erneut aktivieren. Für die Aktivierung nehmen Sie bitte den ursprünglichen Mosaik Brief zur Hand oder kontaktieren den Helpdesk:+41 (0)61 925 95 99.
