Want to live a more sustainable lifestyle? What to know your carbon footprint? Want to plant enough trees to be completely carbon neutral? Tred has been developed for people exactly like you!
Tred links with your bank and credit cards to calculate your personal carbon footprint. This allows you to track, reduce and offset your carbon footprint at the tap of a button.
Our app allows you to:
• Track: Automatically track your entire carbon footprint. This is personal to you and will change as your habits change
• Reduce: Find insight into which areas of your lifestyle are contributing most to your carbon footprint
• Offset: Makes it easy and simple to completely offset your carbon footprint at the end of every month. Automatically, for as much as a couple of coffees
Track
It’s the things we buy in day-to-day life that have the biggest impact on the planet and your carbon footprint. Tred has developed the technology to convert every purchase you make into its environmental impact. This allows you to see, in real-time, what your carbon footprint is and what it’s made up of. This revolutionary technology has been made possible by Open Banking which gives regulated business the ability to link customers to their transaction information. This data is protected and only available to you.
Reduce
The tred app displays your carbon footprint in an easy to understand format with helpful categories to show what your biggest contributors are. This is the information you need to help fight climate change.
Offset
Subscribe to our monthly offset plan which plants enough trees for you to be completely carbon neutral. When planting trees we only use certified UK based tree planting. This allows us to verify and track every kilogram we offset. We’re constantly looking for more carbon offsetting projects. As we grow, these will grow too.
The app is early in development. We would love to hear your feedback, thoughts and questions. Please get in touch at [email protected]
