Die disponierten Aufträge können dann von Ablesern, zumeist Hausmeistern, bequem per App bearbeitet werden. Dabei wird das Smartphone zum mobilen Scanner, das heißt der Zählerstand wird von der Kamera erfasst und digitalisiert.
Die Zählerstände werden dann über den bekannten BK01 Datentransfer an die Energieversorger weitergeleitet und wenn gewünscht direkt in die ERP-Software übertragen.
