Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization with nearly 40,000 total members dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. For more than 40 years, CAI has been the leader in providing education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations and the professionals who support them. When you collect three gems in a row or column, they will break and be replaced by the gems above them so that you can collect points and reach the goal of each level. If you collect more than 3 identical gems, you will make more points.
