Trung tâm điều hành đô thị thông minh tỉnh Bình Định vận hành thí điểm các dịch vụ đô thị thông minh phục vụ cho người dân bao gồm:
o Gửi phản ánh hiện trường.
o Theo dõi, tương tác với kết quả xử lý phản ánh.
o Tra cứu thủ tục hành chính.
o Tra cứu hồ sơ dịch vụ công trực tuyến.
o Xem thống kê dịch vụ công.
