Download the app and its tours on your own phone. Then simply walk the guided route, hands-free. The app works with spoken directions and audio stories at each stop. As you walk up to a stop, it’s photo and audio story will automatically pop up and start playing. The guided map will take you to every single stop on the tour; you won’t miss a thing! It is just like you’re walking with an experienced, live guide giving you a personal tour. Plus, with this app, you don’t have to worry about adjusting to a guide’s schedule or crowd issues. You’re free to take the tour anytime you want.
History comes alive!
Harvard buildings are full of historic and iconic stops. Our app provides current, historical, and interior photos and videos of these buildings whenever possible. That way, you can actually “see” what they looked like back then and get the full breadth of the story.

Most guided tours or bus tours require one ticket per person. That can really add up! In the cost of just one guided tour ticket, the whole family will be able to download their own app. Everyone can listen to their own phone as they walk along the designated route, or, you can put it on speaker phone. Quick tips!
If you have time before the visit, please go through the app and listen to the stories in advance. There is a “learn more” button for many stops for the extra insight that you will find very interesting. E.g. Who stayed in which Harvard dorm is a long list with a lot of famous names. When on the tour, please allow about 90 mins for the tour. If you are in a hurry, you can choose to skip certain stops, or not listen to “learn more” additional content.
