본 앱은 센터 고객용 앱입니다.
먼저 담당 트레이너가 웹으로 플랜 제작도구를 이용하여 운동 플랜을 만들게 됩니다. 그러고 자신의 고객에게 운동 플랜을 등록하는 시스템입니다.
이 앱은 담당 트레이너에게 할당 받은 운동 플랜을 가지고, 모바일 트레이너를 이용하여 운동을 진행하는 앱 입니다.
모바일 트레이너는 설명 영상과 반복영상으로 구성되어 있으면 반복 영상을 진행하게 되면, 어떤 운동을 몇 세트, 몇 회를 했는지 통계가 쌓이게 됩니다. 이 통계는 해당 앱에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
정리하자면 이 앱은 할당 받은 운동 플랜을 확인(로그인 후 보이는 카드 리스트들이 1개의 플랜입니다.) 및 실행 시킬 수 있는 앱이고, 또한 자신의 통계를 볼 수 있는 앱입니다.
