Biscom Enterprise Fax extends the functionality of Biscom’s FAXCOM Suite fax application to enable users to send and receive faxes on their iPad or iPhone mobile devices. To successfully use the Biscom Mobile Fax app, the following must be in place:
– Login to FAXCOM Suite Version 10.1.0.8 or higher (or FAXCOM Anywhere Enterprise) with web services enabled.
– A FAXCOM Server – whether on premises or hosted by the FAXCOM Anywhere cloud-based fax service
– Mobile devices should be running iOS version 8.1.3 or higher.
– For applications that require photographing and faxing documents, using a mobile device with a 5 megapixel or higher camera is recommended.

AG-VIP SQL ist eine modular aufgebaute CRM Suite zur Abbildung von Verkaufs- und Serviceprozessen im Unternehmen. Die AG-VIP mobile App bietet online Zugriff auf die Kontaktdaten inkl. Kundenhistorie und lässt sich individuell um die Anzeige weiterer Informationen erweitern.
Dabei greift die App auf das Zugriffsrechtesystem des Desktop CRM Systems zurück.
AG-VIP ist eine modular aufgebaute CRM Suite zur Abbildung von Verkaufs-, Marketing- und Serviceprozessen im Unternehmen. Die AG-VIP mobile App bietet online Zugriff auf Kontaktdaten inkl. Kontakthistorie der Desktop-Version.
Dabei greift die App auf das Zugriffsrechtesystem des Desktop CRM Systems zurück.
Voraussetzungen:
– Installation des AG-VIP WCF Services
– aktuelleste AG-VIP Version (siehe https://KB.Grutzeck.de)
Funktionen:
Entsprechend den Zugriffsrechten:
– Kontakte suchen und bearbeiten
– Wiedervorlagen
– Direkte Anwahl aus AG-VIP mobile
– Email aus AG-VIP mobile
– Zugriff auf Felder der Adresstabelle, Zusatztabellen, Historie
– Einrichtung individueller Oberflächen
Testmöglichkeiten:
Es steht ein Testserver mit installiertem AG-VIP WCF Service zur Verfügung. Dazu bitte nach App Start auf VERBINDUNGSINFORMATIONEN klicken. Wählen Sie dort den Schalter DEMO-DB VERWENDEN.
Den Zugang als Demouser erhalten Sie direkt vom Supportteam.
Erste Schritte:
1. Gehen Sie nach App Start auf VERBINDUNGSINFORMATIONEN.
2. Hinterlegen Sie die Webadresse, unter der der AGVIP WCF Service erreichbar ist.
3. Über VERBINDUNG PRÜFEN checken Sie, dass die Verbindung zu Ihrer SQL Datenbank funktioniert.
4. Speichern Sie die Einstellungen über den Haken rechts oben.
5. Loggen Sie sich mit Ihren AG-VIP Zugangsdaten ein.
6. Im Tab ADRESSTABELLEN finden Sie alle Kontaktdaten.
7. Der Tab AKTIVITÄTEN zeigt übergreifend alle für Sie fälligen Wiedervorlagen.
8. Unter EINSTELLUNGEN finden Sie generelle Einstellungen der App.
9. Öffnen Sie eine Adresstabelle. Unter dem Tab EINSTELLUNGEN definiren Sie nun

– Anzuzeigende Felder in Suchergebnislisten
– max. Anzahl Treffer in Suchergebnislisten
– max. Anzahl anzuzeigende Historieneinträge
