Appen indeholder lydserier om forskellige emner, der fylder meget i den første tid som mor. Du inviteres ind i et lydunivers, hvor fageksperter giver dig den nyeste viden om moderskabets påvirkning af dit kvindeliv og øvelser til at lette overgangen. Du møder også kvinder, som fortæller om deres rejse ind i moderskabet, kunstnere som giver deres bidrag til at opmuntre dig på dage, som er svære – og hele vejen vil vi, Laura og Julie, invitere ind til et rum, hvor vi sammen undersøger de mange forskellige måder, man kan være mor på.
Appen indeholder lydserier om:
• Hvordan du kommer godt i gang med at amme. Hvad du skal være opmærksom på – og hvad hvis du ikke vil amme?

Jegermor er udviklet af Laura Vilsgaard og Julie Bruhn Højsgaard. Laura har arbejdet med sårbare mødre og formidlingen af deres fortællinger. Hun har skrevet specialet “Transformationen ind i moderskabet” – et speciale om danske kvinders efterfødselsreaktioner som et sociologisk fænomen. Julie har som pædagog arbejdet med forældre og børn og særligt med mødres behov for at finde fodfæste i forældrerollen. Hun er forfatter til bogen “Kære verden – jeg er blevet mor.”
Appen er til mødre, der i overgangen til moderskabet ønsker at få tid, omsorg og bestyrkelse til at lande i moderrollen. Du kan lytte til lydserierne, hvor end du er og lige så mange gange, som du har brug for det.
