– Patologías importantes, es decir aquellas que cualquier médico tendría que conocer en caso de que el usuario pudiera necesitar algún tratamiento de choque o intervención.

– Medicación, toda la que toma habitualmente, y sobre todo aquella que puede tener efectos importantes en caso de intervención (Por ejemplo, si el usuario tiene un accidente y está tomando un anticoagulante, es crítico que los médicos lo sepan antes de abordar cualquier actuación)

– Alergias, para evitar que le puedan administrar o estar en contacto con cualquier producto u objeto que le pueda producir efectos secundarios no deseados

– Tus vacunas, tanto las incluidas en el calendario de vacunación obligatorio, como aquellas otras que hayas podido ponerte por circunstancias especiales.
