CAREDEN est un site d’accompagnement du consommateur vers le carrossier réparateur dans le cadre des dommages de carrosserie automobile dit « hors assurance » renforcé par une application innovante qui utilise la reconnaissance d’image pour l’estimation chiffrée et les services proposés par le réparateur afin de répondre très précisément aux attentes du consommateur exactement au moment de l’intention.

C’est la première solution digitale de « car-staging », appliqué à l’automobile qui s’appuie sur l’intelligence artificielle ; conseil et accompagnement en réparation carrosserie automobile dite “esthétique” ou réparation des dégâts suite à petite collision (“hors assurance” ou coût inférieur ou autour de la franchise) et mise en relation avec le réparateur.

CAREDEN propose sans engagement et sans enregistrement laborieux, de réaliser en temps réel une estimation des coûts de réparation basée sur le simple envoi d’une photo du dommage.

Cette estimation prend la forme de deux à trois devis estimatifs personnalisés selon les taux horaires des ateliers de carrosserie géolocalisés autour du lieu de demande.

Triés et sélectionnés par CAREDEN selon une charte rigoureuse, ces réparateurs agréés proposent ensuite leur agenda en ligne afin que le conducteur puisse, à son initiative et s’il en décide ainsi, choisir le carrossier et le créneau pour confier son véhicule à la réparation.

Le réparateur préalablement inscrit, enregistre ses tarifs horaires, ses disponibilités et les services qu’il souhaite proposer au consommateur.

L’utilisation :

Via l’application ou le site, l’utilisateur renseigne dans un premier temps la raison de sa demande ; choc carrosserie, restitution LLD ou LOA, rénovation, bris de glace, expertise.

Puis, l’utilisateur a le choix de prendre une photo des dommages ou de l’intégrer par le fichier image de son mobile ou PC/MAC. Plusieurs dommages peuvent être additionnés.

Après validation, par la reconnaissance d’image, CAREDEN estime les dommages et les chiffre selon l’algorithme basé sur les tarifs que les réparateurs ont enregistrés.

Un premier choix est proposé selon le réparateur le plus proche, le moins cher ou le mieux noté et peut être affiné par des filtres de services attendus.

Après validation du réparateur, les disponibilités d’intervention sont proposées afin que le consommateur s’inscrive dans un créneau horaire.

Pour finaliser sa démarche, une ouverture de compte est demandée afin de compléter son dossier et transmettre les informations au réparateur.

Après validation, un mail de confirmation est transmis automatiquement au consommateur et un mail d’information d’un nouveau client est transmis en parallèle au réparateur .

D’autres services d’accompagnement pour le consommateur sont proposés sur l’application tel que des liens et conseils pour vendre son véhicule, pour l’entretenir, des informations sur la météo, sur la réalisation d’un constat amiable, sur la sécurité routière, sur le barème de répartition.

Et pour le réparateur, la possibilité de communiquer et de transmettre des offres promotionnelles.

Le site propose au réparateur un tableau de bord qui lui permet de suivre l’évolution statistique des dossiers traités.

Le compte consommateur permet également à ce dernier de suivre ces dossiers.
