ココニワ竹林院は、奈良県吉野山の庭園・竹林院を
より深く楽しめるための観光アプリです。
庭園内に置かれた木製マーカーを見つけて
AR撮影することで、解説を読むことができます。

　観光案内アプリ“ココニワ”は奈良県教育委員会後援のもと、奈良県立磯城野高等学校環境デザイン科の生徒と東京工芸大学芸術学部デザイン学科とゲーム学科の学生とが協力し、奈良の日本庭園をより深く楽しめるツールを目指し、完成させたスマートフォンアプリです。
　使い方はシンプルで庭園内の様々な場所に設置された木製マーカーを見つけてアプリを使ってAR撮影することで、個々に看板を立てることなく景観を崩さずに訪れた観光客が詳細な解説を読むことが可能になりました。
　また、自分たちの目線で同世代が興味を持ってもらえるアプリ作りを目指しています。例えばアプリの舞台となる依水園や竹林院が奈良にあるということを印象づけるため奈良を代表する“ゆるキャラ”せんとくんに登場してもらいました。

■アプリの特徴

　・園内様々な場所に設置された木製マーカーを見つけてアプリ内でAR撮影するとその場所にまつわる様々な解説を読むことが出来ます
　・マーカーを集めるとMAP上に登録されて、見つけるたびに増えていくのでゲーム感覚で楽しむことが出来るほか、園内を出た後も解説を読むことで追体験が出来ます。
　・コンテンツの文章はそれぞれをtwitterをヒントに140字で読みやすく解説。
　・360°ビューモードでは庭園の景観をスマートフォンの画面を通して見渡せるだけではなく、現在とは違う季節の景色をのぞき見ることが出来ます。

■竹林院とは

竹林院は、桜の名所、奈良県吉野山に位置する、大和三庭園のひとつとして知られた回遊式庭園です。
元は聖徳太子が開創したとされる修験道系統の単立寺院「椿山寺」。そのお庭は千利休が修築したと伝えられ、1594年豊臣秀吉の吉野観桜の際に持ってきた百双の屏風（豊太閤桃山百双）一部（狩野元信作「夏冬芭蕉」）やその時に使用した弁当箱も所蔵されています。
竹林院は、格調高い宿坊としても有名で、四季折々の美しい自然をお楽しみいただけます。

■磯城野高等学校について

奈良県立磯城野高等学校は、人と自然を環境の視点から学び、科学技術の進展や産業社会の発展に、主体的・創造的に貢献できるスペシャリストの育成を目指す実践的体験型の専門高校です。農業系の４学科（８コース）と家庭系３学科（うち１学科に２コース）で少人数指導による専門教育を行なっています。

■東京工芸大学について

東京工芸大学は工学部と芸術学部という非常にユニークな学部構成の大学です。工学部では先端テクノロジーを、芸術学部ではメディアアートと呼ばれる分野の勉強をすることができ、技術と創造性を用いて新しい価値を生み出し、社会のために活躍できる人材を多く育成しています。

奈良県のマスコットキャラクターせんとくんは、平成20年2月12日生まれの伸び盛りで元気いっぱいな男の子。温故知新を地で行く好奇心旺盛なやんちゃな子でダンスが得意！そして、奈良のうまいものが大好き！「ココニワ」では、奈良県の高校生と一緒に奈良の美しい庭園をみなさんにご案内します！
