As the name suggests, the ASP Access App provides instant access to a wide variety of product, training and other ASP information and resources. App features are “credential-driven,” with specific tools and content custom-delivered and organized based on your role and relationship with the company. ASP employees, distributors and dealers, trainers and instructors can use the app to tap into the company’s massive repository of product data, specs, sales tools, training materials and more.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE AN “INSIDER” TO USE THE APP
The Access App isn’t just for ASP employees; law enforcement officers and civilian consumers can create their own logins and use the app to quickly find content and tools that relate to them, or to geolocate the nearest ASP dealer.
“QUICKLY” IS THE OPERATIVE WORD
Instead of going to the ASP website for product information, YouTube for videos, the company’s online file system for documents, or contacting someone at the office to find information, the app aggregates an enormous amount of data and puts it at your fingertips.

Easy browse and filter tools get you where you’re going fast, and tools like the built-in barcode scanner make it even quicker and easier. In fact, using the scanner, you can get from looking at a product package on a dealer display to downloading a detailed sell sheet for that product in ONE tap.

All users also benefit from the notification feature of the app—based on your logged-in role, you’ll be the first to get messaged on things like product availability, new training classes, company events and more.
Product tools:
• In-app barcode scanner lets you instantly access product information by scanning the UPC code on any ASP product package
• Product information is also quickly accessible with either the category filter tool or text search
• Once you’ve reached desired product (depending on user role), you’ll have descriptions, specs, photos, videos, sell sheets and more at your fingertips
• Specific product variations, where applicable, can be viewed using scroll wheels, and photos of the exact product and selected variation will change in real time
• Product images can be enlarged and moved for viewing details, and saved to phone image library for future reference and sharing
Training tools
• View up-to-date schedule of ASP law enforcement training classes; qualified candidates can apply online, directly from the app
• ASP Certified Trainers and Instructors can access training tools including class documents, checklists, exercises and drills, and more
• Direct access (role-dependent) to order training equipment and supplies
• Directory of key company contacts, tap to call or email
• Built-in photo sharing tool allows Trainers to quickly submit class pictures to the office
Other tools and features
• All tools, menus and content are customized based on your role. App theme is color-coded based on credentials and personalized to user
• GPS-enabled map shows nearest ASP dealers based on your location, or can be searched by city or postal code
• Authorized ASP dealers and distributors can access full retail/MAP price list, sales tools and training materials, and key sales and office contacts
• Dealers, distributors, Trainers, Instructors and employees can access company file system to download high-resolution images and other product resources
