Affido Culturale (in breve AC) è un progetto selezionato dalla Fondazione Con I Bambini, nell’ambito del Fondo per il contrasto alla povertà educativa minorile, e pone come elementoprincipale la valorizzazione dell’esperienza dell’affido familiare attraverso la condivisione dibellezza e cultura. L’idea è semplice e si vuole mettere a disposizione delle famiglie prodotti eservizi culturali.Innanzitutto, contrastare la povertà educativa significa avere una responsabilità comune neiconfronti di tutta la comunità. Da questa volontà comune prende vita AC che si estende su Napoli,Roma, Bari e Modena.Nello specifico, AC parte dal concetto che: “la povertà educativa è uno dei virus più pericolosi. C’èun mare di bambini che non riesce a fare cose semplici: andare al cinema, a teatro, al museo, in unafattoria didattica o in uno science center”.Cambiare tale situazione è uno degli impegni presi dal progetto attraverso un gestofacile: condividere momenti. Un genitore, ma anche un single, che abitualmente accompagna isuoi bambini al cinema, a teatro, al museo o in libreria, (o ha il tempo di farlo), può portare ancheun bambino – eventualmente con un membro della sua famiglia – che in questi luoghi nonentrerebbe. Le cause di questa mancanza possono essere diverse e non sono dovute necessariamentea problemi economici. Ciò potrebbe essere dovuto a disinteresse o a orari proibitivi del lavoroprecario dei genitori. A tali motivazioni, si possono aggiungere le barriere linguistiche per i piccolimigranti e le barriere fisiche per i bambini con disabilità. AC cerca di andare incontro a talidifficoltà, offrendo esperienze di condivisione e scambio, in cui si adopera tutta la comunità.Per quanto riguarda l’aspetto economico, le famiglie coinvolte non devono anticipare soldi e anchequi il progetto prevede uno strumento originale. Infatti sarà possibile avvalersi di una monetavirtuale solidale, gli “e-ducati”, con cui pagare i biglietti di accesso ai luoghi della culturaconvenzionati ad hoc con il progetto. Le transazioni in e-ducati viaggiano, in particolare, su un’appappositamente realizzata, che facilita il monitoraggio finanziario e delle attività, oltre cheil fundraising di progetto.Quindi, tramite una serie di fruizioni culturali condivise, le famiglie-risorsa e le famiglie-destinatarie stringono un Patto Educativo: un sostegno complessivo multidimensionale promosso,garantito e monitorato dalla Scuola.Inoltre, AC è un progetto che si apre all’esterno grazie alla volontà di tessere nuove relazioni conrealtà culturali e istituti scolastici delle città in cui svolge la propria azione. Lo spirito è quello diessere in rete per cambiare il territorio insieme, andando nella stessa direzione. Per questo motivo, ireferenti del progetto di Napoli, Roma, Bari e Modena stanno stipulando rapporti di collaborazionee convenzioni con associazioni, enti e istituti scolastici con i quali condividere il progetto in mododa arricchire tale esperienza. Le famiglie-risorsa e le famiglie-destinatarie hanno così maggioriopportunità di condividere e trascorrere insieme momenti dedicati ad attività dove la culturaincontra il divertimento.
