台中市國際工商經營研究社 簡介

台中市國際工商經營研究社（International Management Council Taichung Chapter），
簡稱台中工經社（英文簡稱為TaichungIMC）是一個教育性及服務性的社團，
由企業界對工商經營研究，有興趣或專家學者所組成。

一、宗　旨
1.增進工商界人士之友誼，建立互助合作之精神。
2.研究工商經營及管理上各項問題及進修。
3.培養健全人格及領導才能，支持社會福利事業。

二、組　織
本社為台中市立案核准:中市社會字第2-01-049號之工商社團。
本社設社長一人、副社長二人，理事十五人，監事三人，每任一年。
全國現有基隆社、台北社、桃園社、台中社、南投社、彰化社、雲林社、嘉義社、台南市社、台南縣社、高雄社等十一社，每年舉行全國訓練營及年會各一次。

三、費 用 每屆期間：每年7月起～隔年6月止
1. 入社費:新台幣5,000元
2. 社館基金:新台幣10,000元。
3. 年社費:新台幣12,000元，包含餐費，生日禮物及活動費。
4. 保留社籍費:新台幣3,000元。
5. 中途入社新社友，年社費按月比例計算一次繳清。

四、活　動
(一)月例會
定期於每個月第四個星期四晚上，在台中市內之餐廳舉行，會中邀請經營專家、社會名流學者，針對當前社會、經濟、企業經營等問題，發表專題演講，除此尚有會餐、討論、交誼等。
下午5:45 報到 繳費 聯誼 6:15～晚餐 6:50～開會 9:00～閉會
(二)工廠參觀
每三個月一次，於月例會隔日舉行，參觀訪問具有規模或管理良好有制度，足為楷模的公司或工廠，聽取其成功的作法，吸收其寶貴的經驗，以增長社友的見識。
(三)研究小組研討會
每三個月一次，邀請具有實務經驗的專家學者主持，與社友共同研究討論，並依社友專長及興趣，分組舉辦。
(四)本社次級團體定期舉辦各種社友聯誼活動。
(五)轉通知在台中舉行之企業經營講座消息。
(六)發行本社月刊，並公佈於台中工經社網站上。
五.入社資格
1.年滿25歲，在工商企業機構單位中，實際擔任經營管理責任並對其事業之經營政策與實際工作有全部或一部份之決定權者，如董事及經理等。
2.對企業經營管理具有研究之專家學者及公務人員。
3.曾參加本社例會或本社各次級團體活動滿三次以上者。
凡具備以上資格者，請向秘書處索取入社申請書，由本社社友推薦並經理事會審核通過， 繳清規費始為正式社員。
