A place to help ourselves by helping others, aydo is a freelance gig-posting platform where paid services for various tasks, chores and errands are provided in an effort bring people closer and help communities thrive.
From simple to complicated tasks, aydo can help you complete your home cleaning, handyman jobs, admin work, photography, graphic design or even build a website.
Getting tasks done is easy – here’s how it works:
– Just open the app and tell us what you want to be done, when, where and your budget.
– The app will notify aydoers (taskers) of your task.
– aydoers will start submitting offers in order to win your task.
– Choose your best candidate according to their rating, reviews, CV, history and portfolio.
– Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal and more. Only when task completion is done.
– After the job completion, you can rate the aydoer and provide feedback to help us improve the aydo experience.
Now, if you are an aydoer looking to make extra money, here’s how it works:
How do I get paid?
You can start working on the task knowing that your payment for the task has been secured with aydoPay. When you complete the task and request payment, the poster will be notified to release the task payment. This is then securely transferred to your aydo wallet.
aydo automatically deducts a service fee when the payment is released to include variable transactional costs and ongoing maintenance costs to continuously improve and develop the aydo platform.
Who will I be working with?
It’s totally up to you! When browsing tasks, you can check out profiles, reviews and recommendations to determine who you’ll be working with.
How much does it cost?
Once the task has been completed, a Service Fee will be deducted from the agreed offer price to cover all Handling and Transaction costs. There are no hidden fees or additional costs.
What type of tasks are available?
There’s a huge range of tasks on aydo. From home-based tasks such as cleaning, gardening and handyman tasks; to office-based tasks, such as marketing, graphic design and web development tasks. There are also a bunch of interesting tasks as well, for example, wedding help, cake baking or costume making.
A Poster will let you know if the task needs to be completed in person or online.
Can I get task alerts?
Of course! Set up task alerts in your account settings and we’ll let you know when any new tasks appear that match your interests.
How do I get assigned to a task?
Here’s a few tips to dramatically increase your chances of getting assigned. When you make an offer, make sure you say why you’d be great for the task. Also, smart up your profile by filling all the categories and getting as many badge verifications as you can – Poster’s love full profiles!
