Dieses Programm ermöglicht eine Sehzeichendarstellung über einen 3D-Fernseher mit passiver (zirkularer) Polarisation und zeigt dreidimensionale Bilder für die subjektive Augenprüfung. Die Verbindung vom iPad zum 3D-Fernseher erfolgt über Apple TV.
Um ein natürliches stereoskopisches Sehen während der ganzen Refraktionsbestimmung zu erhalten, bleiben beide Augen während des gesamten Messvorgangs offen, jedoch durch zirkulare Polarisationsfilter in der Messbrille oder dem Phoropter permanent getrennt.
Dem Auge, das geprüft werden soll, werden Optotypen angeboten, die das andere Auge somit nicht sieht. Das Umfeld und der stereoskopische Hintergrund werden immer von beiden Augen gesehen.
Dieses Programm enthält ein Basiskonzept mit 9 Tests für eine rationelle Augenprüfung (insgesamt sind über 70 Tests verfügbar).
Die Refraktion beginnt mit einem Screening des Binokularsehens (Stereopsis) und des Kontrastsehens. Das dominante Auge wird ermittelt. Die weitere Refraktion mit Sphäre, Zylinder und Achse wird an einem Testfeld durchgeführt. Ein Kreuz-Test sowie ein Stereopsis-Test mit abgestufter Parallaxe geben Aufschluss über den binokularen Status. An einem letzten Test wird das Ergebnis binokular demonstriert.
Bei diesem Konzept erlebt der Kunde entspannt eine schöne Landschaft und nicht nur schwarze Sehzeichen auf weißem Grund.
Der Refraktionist kann aus über 70 Testen bis zu 5 eigene Testreihen zusammenstellen. Die Teste decken die Bereiche Visusprüfung, Zylinderabgleich, Sphärischer Feinabgleich, Rot-Grün-Teste, MKH, MKH mit grauen Hintergrund, Phorieteste, Teste auf Stereoskopie und Kontrastsehen ab.
Die Menüführung und die Bedienung des Programms sind einzigartig einfach, rationell, schnell und sie unterstützen den Anwender im Refraktionsablauf durch übersichtliche Anordnung und Auswahl der Testreihen.
