We have worked closely with a leading racing stable to produce something that is efficient and easy to use. Arvak Training Manager allows you to plan all aspects of a horses daily training routine, ranging from riding, treadmills and walkers to racing events. Using cloud technology, we allow users to simultaneously access their training data from a range of devices, no matter the location.

Our secure online data stores enable you to access and control daily training data from multiple devices, wherever you have data access. Your user accounts are not restricted to one device, allowing you to access your training data on multiple devices with ease.

We can offer as many user accounts as required with varying levels of access control. Whether you want a user to purely view the planning data or offer full board control, we can manage your user base, whatever the need. Multiple users can access training data at the same time, giving a unified experience across your site.
Instant Planning
We have ensured that Arvak Training Manager will provide a wide host of tools to make the initial planning process extremely easy and quick to set up. You can create new daily plans in a matter of seconds by using the planning data from a previous day as the basis for a new plan. Alternatively, setting up a new blank plan is incredibly quick to do, with our intuitive interface enabling planning areas and horses to be added with ease. If you want to replicate the plan for a specific training area from a previous day, you can do so using our day template feature.
Easy to Use Interface
We have made sure not to over-complicate the control of the software, making it an intuitive experience for all levels of technological experience. Nearly all aspects of Arvak are controlled from our virtual board / main screen, keeping the features and functionality in one central location. Adding to, removing from or manipulating the board can be done in a number of ways but none is easier than the ability to drag and drop freely around the board. We provide the freedom to easily move one horse from one training area to another, as well allowing planning in multiple training areas.
Reports at Your Finger Tips
Arvak Training Manager offers a range of reports at the tap of your device. Whether you are after detailed daily training summaries, historical data or staff job cards, Arvak can generate the reports at any time through our reporting features. These reports can be distributed to any staff logged on the system with a valid e-mail address, allowing you to keep on-site staff updated and informed with daily training plans.
Notifications
Key events, whether upcoming or complete, are presented to the user whenever loading or starting a plan for day. Areas such as upcoming racing events, horses on rest or racing declarations, will be presented to the user.
Vast Training Areas
Arvak offers a wide array of training areas to utilise when setting up your daily plans, including Riding Plans, Treadmill Plans, Walker Plans, Horses Training Away, Box Rest Plans, Racing Logs, Paddock Planning, Free-Grid Planning, Long-Term Absences and virtual Sticky Notes. Within these areas, a wide range of parameters can be set, allowing for a comprehensive plan to be made without difficulty.
