bitResi is a feedback loop for past, present and future renters of the same apartment. We build an apartment’s quality-of-life resume through renter ratings of lived, experienced metrics such as maintenance, noise, utility bills, pests, hot water, and more – classic apartment-living issues renters wish they knew before they moved in. As a prospective renter, with bitResi, you can see what a previous or current renter of the apartment you’re looking at thought about important issues that will impact your life should you be the next occupant. Amenity lists and building policies are useful resources, but they don’t tell you what real life will actually be like day-to-day.
Our app features a simple 15-question survey that drives to the heart of issues that aren’t ordinarily experienced until after you’ve signed a lease and committed yourself to an apartment. We want to get those informative experiences out in the open.
