The objective of the game is simple to remove the red blocks (thus, the name) while keeping all of the green ones. That’s it. But it’s deceptively simple as the game ramps up the difficulty level over the course of its well-crafted and challenging 100+ levels. Each level gets harder as you go and some will seem impossible. But don’t fret with a little patience and a lot of brain power victory will be yours.
Start with tutorial levels where the game’s rules and its world are introduced to you. Again, it’s all deceptively simple as blocks with a big X defy gravity (and the red ones can be touched to make them disappear), while those with a big O (or a circle) follow the rules of gravity, but you can’t touch them to get rid of them. The game also has blue blocks, which it considers neutral, and those can either be left on the screen to aide in saving the green blocks, or can be removed without penalty if that’s what it takes to get rid of a red block or save a green one.
There are also blocks that have arrows, and when you remove the obstacle in their way, they take off in the direction indicated. There are also some blocks that can be rotated, and while they only turn through a few pre-determined angles, they do add an interesting and, again, deceptive element of strategy to clearing each level.
